CLINIC TREATMENTS

In addition to our services below, we offer consultations where we provide detailed, impartial and transparent information about treatments to address concerns about jaw clenching (bruxism), the appearance of wrinkles in the forehead, around eyes ,  nasolabial and marionette lines, droopy eyelids, loss of volume,  unwanted volume  in the lips and other areas of the face.  Some of these appointments may also include a consulting doctor.

New regulations by the TGA do not permit naming of products, services or prices outside a private consultation.

An Express Consultation is complimentary.  It is strictly 15 minutes  and to provide answers to questions that cannot be advertised. It can be done in person or virtually. This is not the same as an assessment appointment. 

 

VOLUME REPLACEMENT

Hyaluronic Acid filler is a gel-like substance that can be used in multiple areas of the face to restore volume loss, to improve asymmetry and to contour and sculpt the face (just to name a few). Some of the areas  this filler can be used are the lips, cheeks, nasolabial lines, marionette lines, chin and jawline. How much volume replacement is required to achieve  the structure and support needed for your desired look varies with every individual and will be discussed at your appointment. Consultations are also available to discuss alternatives to loss of volume concerns.

SKIN PEELS

The Henderson Clinic offers a variety of tailored professional strength peels to target blackheads, severe acne, enlarged pores, congestion, pigmentation, scarring, dull  and sun damaged skin. 

This form of deep exfoliation avoids the 'turbulence' of scrubs that can tear the skin and aggravate inflammation.  Although some results may be immediate,  depending on the individual may emerge more gradually.

EPIDERMAL LEVELLING

A patented ‘blade’ gently removes fine facial hair and dead  dull skin cells  to  decongest and visually improve the texture and tone of your skin, leaving it feeling smoother and looking rejuvenated..

MICRONEEDLING 

Using the Dermapen  to create invisible micro-injuries the body’s natural healing skin response is stimulated.  This in turn prompts an increase the production of collagen and elastin for skin rejuvenation .

PDO THREADS

PDO Threads are a non-invasive non-surgical  cosmetic treatment treatment that tightens and firms the skin, addressing crepey and sagging skin such as on the neck and along the jawline drooping with the appearance of jowls. Threads provide immediate visible tightening, and collagen production in the skin continues for up to 12 months depending on the individual.

 

The threads are made from the same material as dissolvable surgical stitches and are slowly absorbed into the body over a period of  3–4 months.  They are inserted below the skin's surface with a canula with minimal discomfort.

EXOSOMES - SKIN

An advanced regenerative treatment without any discomfort or downtime.  Exosomes, which are released from stem cells,  are  able to be packed with specific ingredients which are then  applied to the skin  of the face, neck, hands or decolletage to  improve skin tone, texture, and appearance by  strengthening the skin barrier, and increasing skin elasticity, collagen production and healing ability.

This is typically  microneedled into the skin to facilitate a direct and faster delivery of the active ingredients beneath the epidermis. It can however be smoothed onto the skin as with a serum.

This then helps to soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles,  improve the skin’s texture ,including the minimising of scarring,  thickness, volume, and promote radiance. 

It may be used under or around the eyes or other facial area, the décolletage and also to treat and improve hair loss. By treating the hair follicles with PRP it helps to strengthen the hair strands and promote the growth of new and thicker hair.

REJURAN

Rejuran is an advanced injectable treatment which is used to promote skin regeneration, improve elasticity and reduce the appearance of  enlarged pores, fine lines and wrinkles.  Rejuran stimulates the skin cells that produce collagen, boosting skin hydration,  and helps to reduce the appearance of  scarring, such as the pitting of acne scarring.

This is not typically a once-off treatment, with two to three treatments generally recommended. as results become more apparent within a few weeks after a second session.
